Yes — ReproDrop is a Chrome extension, so the person reporting needs Chrome and the free extension. You export a brand pack from your Agency settings and send it to them (a small file or a block of text); after importing it they see only your brand and one “Report a problem” button. They don't need a license key and don't use one of your devices.
On the device. ReproDrop has no servers that receive reports; branding (logo, name, colour) is stored in the extension's local storage.
Personal: one person on up to 3 devices. Agency: you and your staff on up to 5 devices in total; clients using your brand pack are not counted. Keys are verified offline, so this is part of the Terms rather than a technical lock.
Yes. You pay once and get all 1.x updates. There is no subscription.
