Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ReproDrop. If your Personal or Agency license isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email arisxiao0209@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and your order ID. We will process the refund through our payment provider, usually within 5 business days.

Upgrading from Personal to Agency

Within 14 days of buying Personal you may ask for a refund and buy Agency instead.

After a refund

Your license key will be deactivated. The free version of ReproDrop keeps working.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but contact us if something went wrong (for example, a duplicate charge) and we will make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record. This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
