Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ReproDrop Chrome extension and this website (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Yuyang Xiao, independent developer, China (“we”, “us”). Contact: arisxiao0209@mail.grokbot.com. By installing or using ReproDrop you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

ReproDrop is a browser extension that creates bug reports locally on your device. A free version is available. Two paid licenses are offered as one-time purchases: Personal and Agency, which unlock the features described in the pricing section.

2. License and device limits

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license key covering all 1.x versions of the tier you bought:

• Personal: for one person, on up to three (3) devices.
• Agency: for one business (a freelancer or an agency), on up to five (5) devices in total, used by the business owner and its staff. Client devices are not counted (see below).

Device limits are not technically enforced by the software (license keys are verified offline); they are a contractual condition of these Terms. You may not exceed the device limit of your tier, resell, share publicly or redistribute license keys, or reverse-engineer the Service to circumvent licensing. If you need more devices, buy an additional license.

2a. Client brand packs (Agency)

An Agency license lets you export a signed “client brand pack”. Your clients may import it into the free ReproDrop extension, at no charge and without a license key, to report problems on websites or applications you build or maintain for them and to export reports in your branding. Client devices using a brand pack do not count toward your five devices. A brand pack only enables the client reporting mode and branded HTML export; it does not grant any other Personal or Agency feature. You may give brand packs only to your own clients, not publish them or share them with other agencies. If your Agency license is refunded, charged back or revoked, brand packs issued from it may stop working.

3. Payments and merchant of record

To be verified before launch: payment processor arrangement is pending account approval.

Orders are processed by Creem, acting as our merchant of record. Creem is the reseller of the product and handles the checkout, payment processing, invoicing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and payment-related customer service. Creem's own terms apply to your purchase transaction. Prices are shown in USD; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Launch prices are temporary and may end at any time.

4. Refunds

5. Updates and availability

We may update the Service to fix bugs or add features. Paid licenses include all 1.x updates. A future major version (2.0) may be offered as a paid upgrade; your 1.x license continues to work. Because the Service runs locally, it continues to function even if this website is unavailable.

6. Your data and branding

ReproDrop processes data only on your device. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content of reports you create and share, including redacting sensitive information, and for having the right to use any logo or name you add as custom branding.

7. Acceptable use

Use ReproDrop only on websites and applications you are authorized to test, and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your ReproDrop license in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data.

10. Termination

We may revoke a license key that was obtained fraudulently, refunded, charged back, or shared in breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
