Your payment was processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. Waffo Pancake sends a receipt to the address you paid with. Enter your order number and that email below to get your license key.

Get your license key

  1. Find your order number — it looks like ORD_…. It's shown on the Waffo Pancake confirmation screen right after payment, and it's in the “Receipt from ReproDrop” email Waffo Pancake sends to the address you paid with (check spam too).
  2. Can't find an order number anywhere? Email arisxiao0209@mail.grokbot.com from the address you paid with and we will send your key by hand.
  3. Enter it below together with the email address you paid with, then click Show my key.

Just paid? It can take a minute for your order to reach us; this page checks again automatically a few times. Lost your key later? Come back to this page any time and enter the same order number and email to get it again. For security, a limited number of attempts per hour is allowed.

Activate

  1. Install ReproDrop in Chrome from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click the ReproDrop icon → Settings → License.
  3. Paste the key and click Activate (activation needs an internet connection; after that paid features also work offline, with a quick license re-check about once a day when you are online and at least every 14 days).

Getting “Invalid key (signature check failed)” when you click Activate? You're on an older version of ReproDrop that doesn't recognise new keys. Remove ReproDrop from Chrome (right-click its icon → Remove from Chrome), then install it again from the Chrome Web Store and paste your key again — it will work. Removing the extension also clears its local report history and branding, so export anything you want to keep first. Still stuck? Email arisxiao0209@mail.grokbot.com.
